B & K Revegetation & Landscaping specialise in jute meshing which is an organic loose woven hessian used for erosion control. The jute is laid on a prepared seed bed, where a concentrated velocity of water is to occur, example drainage lines, steep batters, retention basins etc
The jute is laid out on top of seed and fertizlier which covers the area. Bitumen emulsion is applied to hold the jute in place and protect it from washouts.
