Man made wetlands such as retention basins, drainage channels and swale drains as well as natural wetlands such as creek embankments and catchment areas require native plant regeneration to prevent soil erosion and siltation of waterways. B & K Revegetation and Landscaping were contracted to plant 750,000 native plants, creating a natural wetland for the surrounding estate. Woodburry Park Habitat now has a mini ecosystem, flourishing with endemic flora and fauna.
